FronteraIt’s never easy finding a new car, and in today’s market, buying a new car can be prohibitive for some. It’s always important to weight up the pros and cons before deciding to buy new or used, which is why it’s useful to find a website online where you can look at some great new and used motors. I recently decided to trade in my ten year old Vauxhall Frontera, because it was costing me a fortune in fuel, and I knew that if I didn’t sell it this year, I could expect a pretty big problem to arise in the near future. The car has done almost 150,000 miles, and it is really starting to feel like it is nearing the end of the road!
I started looking online, and it was clear to me that it made much more sense for me to buy a used car. If I went for the same vehicle as last time then I could expect to buy a three year old model for about half the price of a new similar vehicle! This level of saving is unprecedented and it really shows you why so many people are buying second hand cars.
Most garages will now sell used cars with pretty decent warranties attached, so there is no real need to worry about reliability. Insurance can also be cheaper, because what you are insuring is worth less than the new car you might have purchased.
