Emissions are also reduced by 12%. The new 1.6 VVT has a maximum power of 120 hp and a maximum torque of 156 Nm. It combines or mechanical gearbox with five degrees or four-speed machine. The new petrol engine will be available in versions with front-wheel drive SZ3 and SZ4 2WD, as well as 4×4 SZ5. According to the Suzuki, SX4 petrol with a mechanical gearbox and front wheel drive accelerates from standstill to 100 km / hour in 10.7 seconds and can attain a maximum speed of 185 km / hour. The average cost of fuel for it is 6.2 liters per 100 km. CO2 emissions are 143 g / km. Renewed Suzuki SX4 will be available with a diesel engine with 1.6 liters volume, as the unit DDiS with maximum power of 90 hp and a maximum torque of 215Nm. With the SX4 engine that accelerates from standstill to 100 km / hour in 12.2 seconds and has an average consumption of 4.9 liters per 100 km.

At Geneva Motor Show in March, Suzuki will display the version of the Kizashi sedan designed for the European market. In Europe, a Suzuki sedan will be positioned in the D segment of the market, ie will compete with mid-range cars such as Ford Mondeo, Citroen C5, Toyota Avensis, VW Passat and Opel Insignia. From Suzuki announced that in Europe the Kizashi will be available with standard transmission of movement to all four wheels. Gasoline engine will be 2.4 liters in volume, the same car which will be sold in North America. The four-unit offers maximum output of 185 hp when combined with mechanical transmission with six degrees and 178 hp where transmission is CVT. In the near future the Japanese company plans to expand Kizashi versions with more powerful gasoline engine V6, and a hybrid version, but the latter is not yet clear whether it will be available in Europe.
